1. How do I track my order status?

The order tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. Using the tracking number, you can track the order status on the respective courier’s website. Tracking order status is currently available for parcels (all items except for lubricants) only.

For lubricants, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

2. How do I track my return status?

  • We do not accept product returns unless your order has been wrongly fulfilled. In this case,  you will be notified via email once we have accepted your return request.
  • Once we have shipped your replacement product, we shall email the parcel tracking number to you.

3. How do I place an order?

You only have to follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose your product
  2. Add to cart
  3. Click on cart icon
  4. Checkout
  5. Log in if you’ve registered for an account already
  6. Provide delivery information
  7. Choose your payment method
  8. Place your order
  9. Receive order confirmation email

4. How can I change delivery address/ phone number/ recipient for my existing order?

Changes in delivery address / phone number / recipient of the item is not allowed after the order has been successfully made. This is one of the precaution steps to avoid fraud attempt. Kindly ensure all the information is correct prior to placing an order.

5. How do I return an item?

  1. Sales Order/Order Confirmation Number
  2. Invoice Number
  3. Delivery Order / Delivery Advise
  4. Consignment Note Number
  5. Contact Number

6. Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

An order confirmation with the order summary will be sent to you via Email right after you have successfully placed your order.

7. Can I cancel my booking?

No, you are not allowed to cancel your booking once you have placed and paid for the order.

At Industrial Valet, we keep the shipping rates as low as possible so that you can enjoy shopping with Industrial Valet at a minimum cost! Our products are categorized into parcels, drums and pails. Each category has its specific shipping rates based on either weight or quantity. Please refer to the tables below for more details:
